To check the Pahani & ROR of your land you have to follow the procedure given below:

First of all, you have to visit the Official website of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Government of Telangana.

On the home page of the portal, You have to click on the Know Your Land Status option.
Now a new page will be open on your screen, on that page you have to click on Land Details Search.

Now you can search your land details By Survey No/ Sub-Division Number or Pattadar Passbook Number.
If you want to search land details by Survey No/ Sub-Division Number, then click on it.
- After that, you have to select your District, Mandal, Village.
- Then enter the captcha code shown in the diagram and click on Fetch.
- Now details of your land record will be on your Screen.
If you want to search land details by Pattadar Passbook, then click on it
- Now select your Pattadar Passbook Number, Enter the captcha code and click on Fetch.
- Now details of your land record will be on your Screen.

Procedure To Check Loan Charges Pending

First of all, you have to visit the Official website of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Government of Telangana.
On the home page of the portal, You have to click on the Know Your Land Status option.
Now a new page will be open on your screen, on that page you have to click on Loan Charges Pending.
Now a new page will be open on your screen.

Now select your District, Mandal, Village/City/Town, Survey Number/Sub-Division Number.

Procedure To Get Certified Copy of Webland Telangana

Now click on the search button.
You have to click on the option of My Ration above.
After this, you have to click on the installation.
My ration mobile app will be downloaded to your mobile phone.

Linking Of Aadhaar

First of all, you have open the UID Seeding App on your mobile.
Now click on the UIDSEED live.
Now create your account and register on it.
Now click on the Seed Aadhar Option.
Now a form will be open, now enter your Aadhar number and Pattadar Number and submit it.
Now you will get a notification of Aadhar seeding successfully finished.

Procedure To Check Cadastral Map Of Rural Area

First of all, you have to visit the Official website of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Government of Telangana.
On the home page of the portal, You have to click on the Know Your Land Status option.
Now you have to click on the CADASTRAL MAPS OF RURAL AREAS option.
Now you have to create a Login Id.
Enter your User Name, Mobile number, Then click on get OTP.
Then enter the OTP sent on your mobile number, Captcha code, and click on Register.
After that login on to the website.
After login click on the Cadastral Map.
Now a new page will be open on your screen.

Now select District, Division, Mandal, Village.
Now the Cadastral Map Will be open on your screen of the select place.

Now click on Survey Number to get complete details of the land.

Procedure To Check Land Deed Details

First of all, you have to visit the Official website of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Government of Telangana.
On the home page of the portal, You have to click on the Know Your Land Status option.
Now you have to click on the Deed Details option.

Now select your Registration Details.
Fill in the asked details, enter the Captcha code.
And at last click on Search.
Now land deed details will be on your screen.

Procedure To Check Land Transaction Encumbrance Details

First of all, you have to visit the Official website of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Government of Telangana.
On the home page of the portal, You have to click on the Know Your Land Status option.
Now you have to click on the Encumbrance Details option.
Now a new page will be open, read the instruction written on that page and click on the Submit.
After clicking on submit, a new form will appear on your screen.

Now you have to enter your Document number, Year of Registration, Registered at SRO, and click on Submit.

Procedure to check Property Tax Payment Details

First of all, you have to visit the Official website of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Government of Telangana.
On the home page of the portal, You have to click on the Know Your Land Status option.
Now you on the PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT & UTILITY DETAILS section, you will get 4 options.
If you choose GHMC Property Tax.
- Then select Circle, Village.
- Enter PTIN Number, Name of owner, Door number, Captcha code, and click on Search Property Tax.
If you choose CDMA Property Tax.
- Then select District, ULB, Assessment No.
- Enter Captcha code, and click on Search.
If you choose GHMC Vacant Land Tax.
- Then select Circle, Village.
- Enter VLT no, Name of the vendee, name of the vendor, Plot No, SY No, Captcha code, and click on Search.
If you choose CDMA Vacant Land Tax.
- Then select District, ULB, Assessment No.
- Enter Survey No, Plot No, and click on Search.
Now required details will be on your screen.
